Refund Policy
Before work starts
If work on your order has not started yet, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.
Partial completion
If an order is cancelled after work has started, we refund the part of the service that was not completed.
If we cannot complete an order
If we are unable to complete your order for reasons on our side, you receive a refund for the unfinished part.
